Collaborative AI is an analytical framework and workflow design for qualitative research in which large language models serve as structured, traceable, researcher‑directed analytical partners. It is not a single tool; it is a methodology based on defined operating principles, specific system behaviours, and a deliberate rejection of “black box” AI.

Simple, transparent pricing

Pricing is straightforward. You pay per video minute — and that’s it.

If you have 4 × 90‑minute groups, you pay for 360 minutes. If you have 30 × 1‑hour IDIs, you pay for 1,800 minutes.

You only pay once. Everything is included — transcription, translation, editing, clipping and analysis. You can take as long as you like to analyse your project; the price remains the same.

The more minutes you purchase, the lower the per‑minute cost becomes.
